Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing patient care plan
• Coordinating services
• Scheduling for appointments (between clinics, hospital and specialist networks)
• Communicating with clinics and business partners
• Advocating for patients’ needs.
• Coordination is done through company’s CRM and business WhatsApp

Key Requirements:

• High energy
• Good communication skills 
• Meticulous. 
• Handling mainly Mandarin-speaking clients, proficiency in Mandarin is required
