About the job
Salary:
- $2,300 – $2,700 per month.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform carpark administrative duties.
- Handle client’s enquiries through calls and email.
- Handle client’s invoices in a timely manner.
- Assist in processing and updating client’s data.
- Perform month-end closing duties.
- Any other duties assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Pleasant personality.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Be proactive and able to take initiative.
- Organized, meticulous with a high degree of accuracy.
- Able to start work immediately or on a short notice will be advantageous.
