Salary & Benefits:

• $2,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

•  Coach and equip seniors and hawkers with basic digital skills through 1:1 or small group settings in using Zoom, Singpass, WhatsApp, Paynow and Paylah and good knowledge of common scams or cybersecurity.
• Engage stallholders in hawkers, wet markets and coffee shop to sign up for e-payment at their stalls.
• Prompt follow up and administration work.
• Other ad-hoc task as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Possesses and ability to teach digital skills to seniors and hawkers.
• Able to withstand long standing and walking.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Approachable, empathetic and patient personality.
• Good team player, and able to interact with people from all walks of life
• Those with experience in social services, community engagement, customer service will be advantage 
• No experience but passionate to coach and equip seniors and hawkers with basic digital skills are welcome
