Salaries & Benefits:

• Up to $5,500.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage.
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service.
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recommend, promote, implement, review and maintain a Safety Management System for facilities.
• Introduce, review, or revise quality, standards,and specifications for safe operations, especially on regulatory requirements governing fire safety, water rides safety, waterquality at swimming pools and at workplace.
• Ensure major events/programmes comply with regulatory standards and safety policies
• Determine and recommend training needs for the client and stakeholders in areas of safety.
• Schedule, organise and conduct or coordinate relevant safety trainings.
• Work with centres so that they comply to the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Coordinate and arrange staff OHS 
• Follow up and advise on OHS related matters.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• University Degree with at least 2 years experience preferably in safety management or sports
• Preferably a registered MOM Workplace Safety and Health Officer and / or SCDF Fire Safety Manager and / or BCA Ride Manager
• Experience in project management
• Good knowledge of local safety requirements.
• Risk management and investigation skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft applications
• Good knowledge of local safety requirements
• Good multi-tasking skills and the ability to strive under time pressure with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly
