Salaries and Benefits:

Up to $4,800.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a member of the Learning & Development Team, you will assist to manage the learning needs and professional development of officers. You will develop, align and implement learning and development strategies to our Client's strategic learning needs. You will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment that will require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

Implement and review existing training and competencies frameworks and initiatives to strengthen and develop the skillsets of officers.
Planning and organising various in-house courses for officers, nomination and administrative of functional & sectoral training programmes, training initiatives and overseas trip administration.
To assist with any other support as required.

Key Requirements:

Degree with at least 2 years of experience or
Diploma with at least 6 years of experience
