• Up to $5,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Support RDTO PM 

• Provide at least twice a week reports on app development progress to RDTO PM for further update to ‘client units’
• Ensure adherence to timelines set by RDTO PM 
• Advise RDTO PM on conduct of prototype trial and acceptance test 

• Meet ‘client unit’ requirements as defined by business analyst and prioritised by the RDTO PM.
• Incorporate inputs from UI/UX designer
• Follow RSN-established best practices and standards in software development and data management.
• User Interface and User Experience (UI and UX) 
• Built on Microsoft Dataverse as primary database

• Prepare basic operating guide for use of Power Platform solutions 
• Prepare survey feedback on user trial 
• Conduct user trial with not more than 30 users and collate feedback 
• Make necessary improvements from feedback 

• Configuring user access rights and user roles in Power Platform Admin Centre
• Supporting onboarding of users onto Power Platform solutions
• Training user-administrators in daily administration of the app

• Resolve any software bugs raised by users
• Performing enhancements to solutions, as approved by RDTO PM
   

Key Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen
• A bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, computer science, engineering or related field 
• Required certification: 
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Proficient in communicating and writing in 
  English
