Product Specialist – Telemarketer

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary $2800 + Commissions 
• 21 days of Annual Leave 
• Birthday Leave
• Yearly increment (based on performance) 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will have the opportunity to market products to customers through outbound efforts (Leads provided)
• Provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries
• Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence
• Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
