Bernard Neo

Bernard brings with him over 18 years of experience in manpower operations and business development. An Applied Science graduate by training, Bernard eventually discovered his passion in HR solutions where he focuses on providing Business Process Outsourcing Solutions to Front House services, Technology, Logistics and Government clients. He currently oversees the outsourcing division in Singapore to provide design thinking end-to-end solutions to his clients.
