Joyce Lim has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Before joining CGP Personnel, she spent 7 years with a renowned company, primarily managing Government outsourcing projects involving high-volume manpower hiring (up to 800 headcount). Prior to that, she held a 360-degree role as Senior Recruitment Consultant for more than 13 years, working with both established local firms and renowned MNCs.

At CGP Personnel, Joyce’s responsibilities include planning and executing recruitment activities, ensuring the fulfillment of manpower requirements for all projects. She manages recruitment teams and ensures that recruited candidates align with SLAs specified in tender specifications. Joyce collaborates closely with project operations, training, and human resources teams to meet project-specific recruitment needs.
