Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare a diverse range of coffee and tea beverages
• Prepare signature fresh bakes and sandwiches, all while upholding high-quality standards
• Initiate conversations
• Build new connections
• Encourage customers to try limited-time offers and join our client's loyalty program. 
• Ensure that each product maintains the freshness and quality the client is known for. 
• Receive training on proper food handling and storage procedures, so as to maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic store environment.

Key Requirements:

• Passion for F&B industry and customer oriented
• No prior experience required as training will be provided
• Strong communication skills and works well in a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple stations
• Willing to engage in shift work, which includes work on weekends and PH
• Able to commit work for more than 6 months
