Contract Customer Relations Officer (Sales Support/Operations Focus)

About the job

Salaries & Benefits:

• Up to $2,400 per month.
• Attractive allowances will be given.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales.
• Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for client, call centre and online orders.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers, and liaise with the Commercial team.
• Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues e.g Finance, relating to client’s showroom matters.
• Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc.
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor.
