Corporate Communications Executive

• $2,390.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Communications and Engagement:

• Support the team in the design of internal communications to cascade key organisational messages, as well as planning of events such as Townhall
• Support the team in developing engaging content for the intranet portal and/or leadership training e-modules

2. User Experience (UX) Research for new ntranet Portal:

• Coordinate engagements with user groups to understand pain points and gather feedback.
• Assist in analysing user feedback data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in content migration and developing website prototypes based on user feedback.

3. Data Management and Analysis for Leadership, Innovation projects and Risk related workstreams:

• Assist in data management/organisation and analysis for projects to track project status, participants, KPIs etc
• Contribute to the development of data visualisations/dashboarding

Key Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good visual communication and design skills
• Some proficiency in Microsoft Excel and interest in data related projects
