Salaries & Benefits:

• $13.45 per hour
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types over the Helpline, Live chat or via Walk-ins.
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot.
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess at least ‘A’ level/Diploma qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates without tax experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
