Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls/ emails from public and manage enquiries with respect to each domain.
- Demonstrate required skills/ knowledge in delivering service.
- Achieved set and maintained a consistent and reliable performance.
- Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible action to resolve problems in a professional and customer-focused manner so to achieve customers’ full satisfaction.
- Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve work procedures, technology, and service.
- Adhoc duties assigned
