Finance Manager, Management Reporting

Salaries & Benefits:

• $4,000.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for our client’s research and supporting entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
• Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
• Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure grants documentations are well organised and maintained (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals).
• Support the maintenance of our client’s management reporting system , a data visualisation dashboard that runs on Tableau platform.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in our client’s system via designing and performing regular checks
• Manage stakeholders as owner of our client’s system
• Process and maintain user access for our client’s system
• Coordinate and conduct regular training for our client’s system
• Manage queries and feedback from our client’s system
• Prepare monthly management reports to our client’s research and supporting entities
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates without experience, but display good aptitude and attitude may be considered.
• Good command of MS Office application
• Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP and BI reporting tools will be advantageous
