Salary & Benefits:

• RM2,200.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
KYC:

• To perform KYC screening review for product applications aligned with established SOP and guidelines
• Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing.
• Handling customer escalation by replying user's related inquiries and issues in an accurate and timely manner.

AML:

• Perform Name screening review to customer in accordance with AML Regulations prior onboarding for products aligned with established SOP and guidelines

Key Requirements:

• Preferably the Candidates need to at least have experience in data entry / CS roles
• Must be comfortable with fully working office working arrangements.
