Roles & Responsibilities:
The purpose of this job is to leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other digitalisation initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual workload, and improve efficiency within the FRM teams. By automating routine tasks, the teams can focus on more strategic activities that add greater value to the organization.
- Develop and write RPA scripts to automate 10 to 15 processes across various FRM teams, including Budget, Financial Control & Reporting (FCR), Finance Shared Services (FSS), Procurement, and Risk Management Unit (RMU).
- Assist with the migration of data and files to Professional Boards’ SharePoint, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Participate in other digitalisation projects as assigned, which may include data analytics, documentation, and implementation of new digital tools
Key Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming concepts and experience in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath) is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and experience with data migration projects is desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
