Salaries & Benefits:

• $2,980.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing statistical returns concerning cases requiring out-of-home care placement.
• Collaborate in reviewing the current frameworks and work processes related to the placement and reunification of residents in the out-of-home care sector.
• Assist in conducting research, evaluation, and literature review to identify trends and analyze data on the profile of types of cases in the out-of-home care sector.
• Provide administrative support in matters related to the out-of-home care sector.

• Assist in conducting on-site assurance checks of agencies.

• Work closely with staff, stakeholders, and community partners to understand the needs of children and vulnerable adults requiring out-of-home care.
• Liaise with foster parents and out-of-home care agencies to identify placement options for children requiring foster care.
• Write referrals to agencies.

Key Requirements:

• Good negotiation and communication skills, coupled with strong analytical, assessment, and administrative abilities.
• Possess strong statistical data collection skills and be a team player who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint is required, and some knowledge of partnership management would be an added advantage.
