• $2,980.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect data to facilitate learner profile and learning needs analyses.
• Compile learner profile and learning needs analysis report.
• Support reporting officer with the development of industry’s Technical and Generic Skills and Competencies (TSCs and GSCs) of the Skills Frameworks.
• Support reporting officer with the development of industry’s learning programmes and channels with reference to TSCs and GSCs.
• Support reporting officer with the engagement of stakeholders to understand desired learning outcomes, skills frameworks and business objectives.
• Create learning roadmaps with reference to Career Maps and Skills Maps of the Skills Framework.
• Assist with adhoc training logistical requirements (e.g. setting up and tearing down of training venues and coordinating refreshments, tech support, etc).
• Collating of post-training feedback from participants and include into master database.
• Administering of assessments during trainings.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including attendance tracking and data entry.
• In addition to the above stated duties, staff shall undertake such other duties from time to time as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in any fields
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable to do administrative work on a daily basis
• Proficient is using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
