Salary: 
Up to $3,300 per month.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting of fit & proper checks of new recruits.
• Reference checks on New Recruits.
• Ensure completeness of documentation for New Recruits.
• Liaise with Internal and External stakeholders on all matters relating to the onboarding of the new recruits.
• Activation of New Representative account.
• Checking of welcome pack for New Representative.
• Handling the Team RepOnboarding-SG email.
• Provide statistics to internal stakeholders relating to appointment of new recruits.
• Work closely with IT on system requirements gathering and user acceptance testing for process enhancements.
• Support ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
