Salary:
Up to $3,300 per month.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting of fit & proper checks of new recruits.
- Reference checks on New Recruits.
- Ensure completeness of documentation for New Recruits.
- Liaise with Internal and External stakeholders on all matters relating to the onboarding of the new recruits.
- Activation of New Representative account.
- Checking of welcome pack for New Representative.
- Handling the Team RepOnboarding-SG email.
- Provide statistics to internal stakeholders relating to appointment of new recruits.
- Work closely with IT on system requirements gathering and user acceptance testing for process enhancements.
- Support ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
