1. Partnership Engagement:
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with programme partners, community organisations, social service agencies, and relevant partners to promote the scheme.
- Collaborate with partners to facilitate the packaging of offsite visits to scheme-supported programmes, making them more accessible and appealing to different audiences.
- Work with arts and heritage organisations to tailor visit experiences that meet community needs.
- Support the development of materials and processes to streamline partner coordination.
- Develop partnership agreements and collaborative initiatives that drive participation in arts and heritage programmes under the scheme.
- Facilitate and coordinate group visits to arts and heritage programmes supported under the scheme.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, ticketing, and on-site support, to facilitate group attendance.
- Track and manage group visit requests, logistics, and attendance records.
- Implement solutions to assist members of the public who face challenges with digital access, ensuring they can participate in scheme-supported programmes.
- Work with relevant partners to provide alternative access methods, such as assisted booking services or offline registration options.
- Provide guidance and support to individuals navigating digital platforms.
- Amplifying Scheme Awareness & Outreach through Partners' Channels:
- Engage partners to leverage their marketing and communication channels to extend the scheme’s reach.
- Coordinate the dissemination of promotional materials and key messages through partner networks.
- Assist in planning and executing outreach initiatives, such as briefings, roadshows, and community engagement sessions.
- Monitor and assess the impact of outreach initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Engagement, Arts Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, partnership management, or outreach roles.
- Experience in outreach, engagement, or programme coordination is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital engagement tools.
- Strong understanding of working with community organisations and experience in public engagement initiatives an advantage
- Practical experience in planning and executing community events or group activities preferred.
