Salaries & Benefits:

$4,200.00 per month
Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:

To assist in Research and Evaluation of Early Intervention (EI) programmes and other administrative work.

Scope of research work include (but not limited to):

1. Conduct literature reviews

2. Data collection (development and administration of child assessments, online surveys, interviews or extraction of data) from young children, caregivers, and educators.

3. Manage database (data cleaning and data wrangling)

4. Basic statistical analyses and interpretation of findings

5. Preparation of presentation slides and presentation of findings to various stakeholders

6. Other ad hoc research work and provide administrative support (such as coordinating research related work schedules of various stakeholders, taking notes of minutes, etc.)

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, related social science and early childhood discipline is a plus.
Relevant quantitative research experience
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
