Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle GIRO cases including processing of GIRO applications and attending to enquiries from external and internal customers.
- Handle collection and payment matters including payment enquiries, refunds, requests for receipts, etc.
- Assist in other matters as required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Organised and able to multi-task
- Good communication and customer service skills
