Salary:
- $1,400 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will be required to attend to calls, faxes, emails and other forms of interactions (including but not limited to live chats, messaging) from patients, patients’ family members, members of public, other government agencies, other public and private health institutions and our client’s staff, with regards to general enquiries and appointment related matters.
- You will assist with the rescheduling and cancellation of Radiology appointments and review the patients’ appointments for Specialist Outpatient Clinic consults to the respective Central Appointment Call Centres.
- Your duties also include handling and resolving complaints and feedback, and assisting with collecting and collating calls information and/ or statistics, where required.
Key Requirements:
- At least Higher NITEC/ NITEC/ GCE N/ O/ A Levels
- Candidates with Diploma in service related field can be considered for the Senior Patient Service Associate position
- Prior experience in service industry will be an advantage
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to engage people over the phone in a courteous, timely and professional manner
