Salaries & Benefits:

• $3,200.00 per month
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

•   Provide nursing care and patient education through coordination, care management and evaluation for an assigned group of patients and/or patient related activities in a healthcare environment.
• Provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes and experiences.
• Participate in doctors’ rounds and review daily action and treatment plans.
• Assist doctors during clinical procedures, examination and clinical assessment of patients as appropriate. Perform a variety of simple invasive and non-invasive procedures related to care plans, within the scope of duties.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of patients’ progress, nursing care, and treatment received.
• Assess patient and develop/implement discharge plan based on patient needs.
• Comply with operational and nursing guidelines and safe practices according to organisation’s set standards.
• Demonstrate required core and special competencies in nursing.
• Maintain current trends in clinical knowledge and competence continuing nursing education.
• Supervise junior nursing personnel in providing quality nursing care.
•  Assist in the orientation and induction programmes for trainees and new employees.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, research and committees as assigned, to improve nursing care.
• Perform other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor.
