 Salaries & Benefits:

•  $2,400.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
   

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inventory management – monitor inventory stock movements; update inventory records, handle issuance/return of personal protective equipment (PPE) and specialised equipment.
• Perform stocktaking of inventory and updating of records for stock tracking purpose
• Assist in disposal process for past evidence exhibits, obsolete PPEs, faulty equipment, and electronic devices.
• Assist in following up on servicing and maintenance of equipment – verifying maintenance contract validity, liaising with vendor on collection & return of equipment from maintenance.
• Facilities management – assist to follow up on facilities issues with managing agent.
• Corporate support and general admin – printing, scanning and filing of documents; liaison with vendor on collection and return of laundry and managing library collection.
• Vehicle management – verifying vehicle expenditure and updating vehicle usage record.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (i.e. excel, words)
• Good in data organizing, meticulous, good interpersonal skills
• Able to liaise with vendors
• Responsible and proactive
