Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $15.00 per hour.
- Comprehensive insurance coverage.
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service.
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist M/SM (HRM) in end-to-end recruitment including posting of ads, shortlisting of candidates, scheduling of interview, conducting reference checks, putting up for approval, making the formal offer and submitting IT requests etc
- Assist in records management for new hires
- Assist in backlog of records management
- Stock-take physical files
- Assist in checking of temp billings
- Track & liaise with temp agencies for temp requirements
- Any other duties as assigned by HR team
Key Requirements:
- HR recruitment experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
