Salaries & Benefits:

• $2,500.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of services

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provides timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues via live chat, addresses their concerns and provides assistance with products or services. 
• Engage in professional and courteous communication with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience through written interactions. 
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the company’s business to effectively address customer queries and provide relevant information. 
• Resolves customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalates to higher levels of support when necessary. 
• Manages multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and attentiveness to each customer. 
• Records and documents interactions, feedback, and issues for future reference and analysis. 
• Follows company guidelines and protocols for customer interactions, data privacy, and security. 
• Actively seeks feedback, participates in training sessions, and stays updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices to enhance performance.

Key Requirements:

• Those without experience are welcome to apply
• Those who are digitally-savvy with the ability to navigate around software tools and troubleshoot basic technical issues will be preferred.
