- Up to $4,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Propose enhancements and optimisation of event website.
- Support the development of marketing and social media content e.g. EDM, and content creation for event website.
- Management of social media and our client’s email account
- Support user acceptance tests for event platforms.
- Collate event information and ensure timely updates on event website.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and conceptualise programs such as site visits and social programmes.
- Support and manage organised tours for different groups to the exhibition.
- Support and manage international programmes for overseas participants
- Coordinate committee meetings (include checking schedules of key attendees and room booking)
- Serve as contact point for registration logistics prior to the event.
- Assist in logistics and set-up for conference and break-out tracks.
- Support the organisation and execution of international programmes and overseas study visits
- Liaise with event vendor and venue for follow-up matters.
- Liaise and coordinate with our client’s partners on their involvement
- Any other assigned work/tasks by supervisor
Key Requirements:
- Experience in business, marketing & communications or a related field.
- Team player, with good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Meticulous and patient
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure to meet service delivery standards.
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, design, video/photography skills will be a plus
- Knowledge of social media and content management and analysis tools will be an advantage (e.g., Google Analytic and Adobe Analytics)
