Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Facility, Safety and Quality team in the Environmental Health Institute, which provides support to the organisation’s quality and risk management programmes, asset management and administrative tasks.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining the registries for quality and safety documentation.
- Providing quality oversight and review for Work Instructions, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.
- Reviewing and standardising existing safety documentation to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and ISO 9001 accreditation requirements.
- Executing asset management tasks in accordance with client's financial policies and procedures.
- Performing asset management activities including asset registration, asset transfer, arranging and implementing asset disposal with approved vendors.
- Perform asset registration, transfer, and disposals.
- Coordinating with internal and external parties during asset audits
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the HOD, e.g. procurement paperwork, processing of invoices, secretariat duties.
Key Requirements:
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Workday system would be an advantage
- On-the-job training will be provided
