Salaries & Benefits:

• $17.00 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supports the division in tracking and monitoring our client's divisions’ work plans and preventive health work streams. These include, but not limited to, to monitoring of workplan milestones & deliverables.
• Supports the team in the preventive health prototypes and pilots implementation. These include providing operations and admin support
• Designing communication collaterals for events
• Executing and implementation of prototype and pilot events
• Supports the team in organising events, including our client Townhalls and fireside chats with leaders. These include sourcing for venues and programme arrangements. 
• Design physical & electronic communications to support our client's group communications, including EDMs and online communications
• Other admin duties e.g. plan/coordinate meetings, book/change meeting rooms, incl. liaise with IT support to prepare for meetings & refreshments

Key Requirements:

• Experience in project and stakeholder management
• Designing of communication collaterals
