Salaries & Benefits:

• Up to $5,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Support RDTO PM 

• Advise RDTO PM on all UI/UX matters
• Ensure adherence to timelines set by RDTO PM

• Conduct user research together with Business Analyst through focus group 
• discussions and other methods. Focus on identifying and recording how different personas within ‘client units’ will use and interact with products.
• Generate proposed user work flows and product wireframes for ‘client units’ to verify and approve.
• Work with developers to design workflows and interfaces compatible to Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Provide developers with prototype app interface layouts to reference for development.
• Continually test prototype apps at least twice a week to provide feedback on app interface and useability to developers. 

• Conduct usability test with ‘client units’ 
• Generate actionable list of feature backlogs for developers to improve app design based on usability test results.

• Continually advise developers on how to improve app design for future versions as approved by RDTO

Key Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen 
• A bachelor's degree/diploma in Industrial/Product Design, Communications and New Media/Interactive Media, Computer Science/Information Systems, Graphic Design/Visual Communication or relevant fields 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
  • Beneficial but not required, to possess certification “Microsoft Certified: PowerPlatform Fundamentals”
• Proficient in communicating and writing in English 
• Experience in designing web or mobile apps and software development projects 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Beneficial but not required, to possess certifications in UI/UX Design, such as:
  • Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
  • Google UX Design Certificate
  • Microsoft UX Design Professional Certificate
